Swapped from APR stage 2 to the Jackal stage 2+, notable difference in performance but more so with throttle response which is a lot better and this was before doing the TCU tune.
Had an issue with TCU tune not being available but was quickly sorted out with an email to Matt.
Massive difference in performance with the TCU tune added, Gear changes are now silky smooth.
Great tunes with amazing customer service.
Anyone looking to use Jackal tune will not be dissapointed, highly recommended.
The increase in power from stock to stage 1 is insane. The top end especially with the new 7200 rev limiter feels like a freight train. 10/10 amazing tune!
I got the stage 1 93 tune on my b8 S4 and its just as exciting as my stage 2+ IE tuned b8.5 s4. 10000/5 stars. Go with Jackal over IE if you're thinking about it.
Aside from a power gain the intake sound amazing, i have had many turbo cars, and sound great, but there is nothing like the blower whine, intoxicating!!!
Very noticable gains, pulls hard shifts very quick, cant wait to install the blower pully i bought next
This tune makes the Q7 way more enjoyable. Been depressed since i sold my C7.5 S6 and got into the Q7. This puts a smile on my face again.
Installed jackal motorsports tune stage 1 to my b7 s4, the low end power and torque and responsiveness is a very noticeable difference, runs smoother plus the decel pops and bangs is kinda cool if you have good quality exhaust, definitely plan on doing the mods to run a stage 2 tune. Overall its 100% worth it.
Stage 1 tune on a 2015 Q7 completely changed the car. The 0-40 pull is insane, it pulls like a car with the initial sprint. But in general way more power across the entire band. The tune its self is refined and feels factory like, just more power across the entire RPM band. This turn the Q7 from a slow and lethargic SUV to something powerful and modern with the power it has now. Stop thinking, just buy it. The value is insane as it comes with a ECU and TCU tune.
Quick simple easy I bought a new car and wanted to get it up to speed with my old one so jackal made it very nice and easy to do so without all the added steps
