Very satisfied with the Stage 1 ECU/TCU combo! Smooth throttle in the low rpm and an insane amount of mid / top end. Not jerky or surgy at all. 3.3 seconds 0-60 for a 5300 car on 93 octane is perfect for a family hauler.

The part is very well made and the kit is relatively easy to install. Getting the manifold open is the hardest part. Would have been nice to know where the arrow thats is on the flap should point to tho.

Threw an epc code , local audi specialist told me to order this and install my self.

I’ve been nothing but impressed with Jackal Motorsports. Matt has been incredible throughout the entire process. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and honestly, and he’s always taken the time to explain things instead of just trying to sell me parts.

The Stage 1 tune completely transformed my 2019 Audi Q8 3.0T. Throttle response is much sharper, the torque comes on hard, and the SUV feels significantly more responsive while still driving like OEM during normal commuting. The tune is smooth, refined, and inspires confidence every time I get behind the wheel.

What really stands out is the customer support. Even after purchasing, Matt has continued to answer my questions as I plan the next phase of my build. Because of the experience I’ve had with Jackal, I’ve already decided to move forward with Stage 2 once my exhaust and high-flow downpipe are installed, and I’ll be adding a Wagner intercooler shortly after.

Let’s just start with the Jackal team! The customer service is great, the tuning process super easy and Matt and team are quick to answer whether it’s on Facebook or email, just an amazing experience. Now for the fun stuff, I flashed my 2021 B9.5 rs5 stage 1 ecu 91 oct and stage 1 tcu. The car went from fun to almost terrifyingly fun. I haven’t recorded any pulls yet but I can imagine the 0-60 is low 3’s at this point. The product delivers and the team at jackal are an amazing group who are more focused on the community around their service! Thank you team jackal for everything!
