After making several attempts to trouble shoot a presumed bad ECU/tune file that came with the purchase of my second & more seasoned B6 S4, Matt advised that the best course of action would be to buy a tuning cable and go from there. I was hesitant to utilize my known to be good stock ECU, but once I familiarized myself with the Jackal Suite, the process was easier than anticipated. My +211k mile daily driver, tow pig, & camping rig is now +500 miles into a stage 1 flash with zero concerns or complaints. Drivability & efficiency is improved with a throttle response that leaves me forgetting I'm operating a 20 year old DBW V8. Looking forward to Live Data Logging on the B6 platform and getting my weekend warrior B6 S4 dialed in with the Jackal Suite as well. Thank you for your time!
I have been in the Audi world for years and have built several Audi S4/S5. I have had every single tuner you can think of 034, IE, BDT, APR and now JACKAL. Matt is amazing. Super responsive to questions/concerns, always willing to help. Best customer service I have ever had hands down. Oh and their tunes lol are awesome. I am now a Jackal loyalist and will never ever change from tuning my cars with Jackal Motorsports!
