Im new to tuning so I needed a little help getting through the process. The customer service was second to none. I emailed several times with questions on the process and I received prompt responses to every question. Once I had it installed it tool a little driving to settle everything out and now the car drives amazing! I have a 2014 S8 and it was great before but this just made it better. Shifts are much smoother and the power seems endless. I assumed a tune would make the car jumpy but if anything it smoothed out the driving. Overall I am very happy with the product and customer service provided by Jackal and will be recommending them going forward.

The TCU tune alone was worth the price. The extra hundred horsepower was just icing on yhe cake! Wish I had done it sooner!

I changed injector types right before i flashed the tune and i had a rough idle before but im not sure whats going on. I doubt the tune caused it.

Easy to install tune, added that extra little bump and now she goes. Now I’m getting ready for stage 2. Added drivability as well as a better shifting feel.
