So......I came from the MQB platform MK7 GTI stage 2 from EQT. I debated whether I was going to tune my Audi after I got it. I checked out tuners and researched on Y.T. a lot. I really wanted the TCU tuned so I decided to go with Jackal Motorsports due to all the great things I read and videos I watched. The cost is unmatched, the options available are awesome and easy to use. I will say driving my Q5 in manual sport mode now is night and day iver the stock tune. Super crisp and fast upshifts and downshifts. The ECU tune took what was already impressive acceleration to down right FAST!! I'm glad I chose Jackal Motorsports and will definitely be a customer for many years. When I get my S5 in a couple years it will be part of the Jackal Motorsports family for sure !

The NEW stock+ files are night and day to what used to already feel like 'perfection'. These new files feel so much better through the mid-range. Much smoother too!

Jackal are the epitome of professionalism. They have been extremely prompt and patient with me. My car was having a bucking issue on an ECU file. Got some logs, sent it off, and got a custom file shortly after. Issue fixed! A select few cars have shown an MPI issue part throttle. Not all cars react the same, and they handled it as professionals.

I was a bit hesitant on switching from IE to Jackal stage 2+ because, well, how much better could a tune be, right? Well, I am so glad I did.

I wrote Matt telling him the specs of my B8.5 SQ5 and that I thought there was something left on the table in terms of acceleration and shifts. His reply - "We can work with that!" and he sure did.

Shift are amazing and the power is forever! Why didn't I do this a long time ago?

After tuning, which took 30 mins max for ECU and TCU, I contacted Matt to tell him that I'm going to be changing out the plugs and coil packs, but after that I'd like to send him some logs to ensure no other tweaks are necessary and he was happy to provide some tips on how to log and provide him with what he needs to analyze. Can't wait to send him the logs soon!!

Tune was great, super easy to set up and a big difference from stock, Matt was a huge help, and continued to answer any questions I had after I flashed the tune, definitely go with jackal my engine has been running. Great with no issues and I plan on going stage 2 with them aswell

For sure sticking with jackal customer service is top notch and this tune hauls ass best bang for your buck

This tune will completely transform your car. With just this 93 stage-1 Ecu/Tcu tune & an intake, my car ran more than a full second faster than stock in both 0-60 & 1/4-mile. And with more practice, it has more in it to go.
