From first contact with Matt he was extremely helpful with all my enquiries. Customer service is important to me when dealing with any company. My S4 should be ready with all the mods so im extremely excited. I would recommend Jackal to anyone, you cant go wrong.

I've had the Jackal stage 1 tune on my 2018 S4 for about a year now and I love it. Under normal driving you can't tell a difference but on acceleration that Jackal ECU and TCU tune turns my S4 into a beast. So much more aggressive shifting and aggressive acceleration it's like a different car.

I had bought an Audi B8.5 with APR Stage 1. I reached out to Matt regarding what I would need to safely run Stage 2+. He was super helpful, even helping me out during the install of the Crank Oulkey. The car is Night and Day compared to APRs tune. The ECU is Smooth and Linear to redline and his TCU makes the DSG shift like a brand new car. I am super satisfied with the customer service and tune.

Matt threw some stickers in for me, great packaging, will be ordering this kit from now on as opposed to the motul one from fcp!!! Thank you Matt!!!

Love my tune from jackal, so I try to buy all of the parts I can from them as well. The GPS kit came sooner than promised, and included some awesome gummy bears + other goodies. Will continue recommended Jackal to everyone

Rowe 9008 is fantastic in my Ram 2500 with the ZF 8HP75 transmission. Jackal shipped same day and everything went quick and smooth. Great experience 5 stars

I’ve had my B9 RS5 tuned for a few months now running the Stage 2 93 Octane ECU and TCU tune and I have to say this is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. If I ever had any questions Matt had responded right away always willing to help and my car overall feels completely different in a good way from the way it was from factory. These guys truly know what they are doing and I would vouch for them and say they are the best tuners for the B9 Platform overall. I highly recommend them!!!
