Customer service makes or breaks an experience for me - and my experience with Jackal has been excellent. Highly responsive and knowledgeable. Flashed stage 1 91 octane last night and the car has woken up noticeably in the 24hrs I’ve driven it. Wife commented that it felt smoother and quicker today. And now that I have access to all the tunes, I’m already looking forward to stage 2 in the near future. And I’ll be a regular for the Rowe oil change kit, love that they are distributors now. 100% recommend.

Easy to apply and the size is perfect for where I wanted it.

Switched over from one tuner to Jackal. Great decision. Their ECU and TCU tunes pair perfect together. Also, the customer service is great. Shout out to Matt for being super responsive and for hooking me up. My A6 has been tuned for a few weeks now and it’s never felt better.
